How to Register

To register a plot in Zendia, you must fit all of the following criteria:

If you meet all of those criteria, then you’re good to go.

But before you do anything, you must make sure you have enough diamonds to register your plot.

We have developed a calculator for Zendia plots, shown below.

Payments

Here’s how to pay:

  1. Gather your payment
  2. With it in your hand, run /mkpay (this is VERY important, we will not accept diamonds without running this command! it’ll prove it’s really you paying.)
  3. Deposit it into the payment collection box to the right of Zendia Apartments.
  4. You’re done!

If you miss a payment, don’t worry about it, the range is 2 weeks.

So if you miss your payment that’s supposed to be on November 9, it’s possible to deposit it until November 23.

(You can DM @arrow.tsx and request for a payment delay with a valid reason)

And if you don’t pay after November 23, you’ll receive a bill mailed to you, and if you don’t pay it within a week after that (November 30 in this case), you’ll be evicted.

You can request an eviction reversement by DMing @arrow.tsx and asking. The fee is your normal monthly rent plus a reversement fee, which is currently 20 diamonds.

After that first month, your billing will continue as usual without the fee.
